How do I register and pay?

What if I miss a class?

Do I need to be an existing studio member to join?
Nope! RESIST IT at Breathe is open to both existing members and brand new faces. Whether you've never set foot in the studio or you're a regular, you're welcome here
What fitness level is this designed for?
All levels. Every workout includes modifications so whether you're just getting started or you've been training for years, you'll be challenged at the right level. Bridget will cue options throughout every single session.
What do I need to bring?
Just a resistance band! If you don't have one, we'll have options available for you. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. That's genuinely it.
